 how it works. 

• Place your order online (schedule & order timeline listed on “menu.” page)
• Delivery Days – Tuesday & Thursday
• Delivery Area – 15 miles of 37203 for standard delivery fee ($8.00)

(If you live outside of our current delivery area, we may be able to deliver with a higher fee. Send us an email at info@thejuicenashville.com and we will let you know the cost.)

• Your juice is fresh pressed the morning of delivery and packed in a plastic bag with ice.
• A local courier will deliver your juice mid to late afternoon on the requested delivery date.

What if I am not at home? Can the driver leave my order at my delivery location?

• We will instruct our courier to leave your order on your front door (or specified location). Because our juice is raw and unpasteurized, it is important to keep it nice and cool.

We are striving to reduce our use of excess packaging (keeping prices low and the earth happy).

• We sell reusable thermal insulated cooler bags that hold 10 16-oz bottles with ice comfortably. Please purchase enough bags to transport your order (available on “menu.” page).
• Or, leave a personal cooler (large enough to fit your order) on your doorstep or a visible location where the delivery driver can place your juice.

I live in an apartment. Can you deliver? 

• Of course! Provide us with specific instructions on where to leave/bring your juice. If your apartment is on the 200th floor, tucked away in a corner, with one parking spot 6 miles away from the front door  - please (pretty, please) provide your cell phone number and plan on meeting our messenger.

I missed the order deadline for delivery – but I really want juice. Help!

• We want to make sure you have the freshest produce possible. We purchase produce based on confirmed orders. We know life happens, so, if you miss our deadline, send us an email and we will let you know if we can meet your delivery needs.

Do you have an order minimum? 

• Yes. Our order minimum is $30 for delivery (not including delivery fee)
